Flaring/Cutting Kit Review

I've done plenty of single flares with copper tube but never needed to do doubles. I got this kit for making up new 5/16 steel fuel lines and heard that double flaring was tricky so I was expecting to be doing a bit of practicing. But,I just followed the simple instructions and my first double flare was perfect. I'm very please with this kit. Nice case closes tight and keeps the buttons in place even if you bounce it around.

ASICS GEL-Blade 4 Mens Running Shoes Sneakers (7, Royal Blue/Yellow/Black) Review

I wasn't sure what to expect from this flavor, since I've never tried SAVISEED before, but I liked it! The thin outer coating is a bit sweeter than the Vega Sport Protein Bar Single - Chocolate Coconut that I reviewed; like comparing semi-sweet chocolate to dark chocolate. (This one's the semi-sweet) The inside of the bar has a brownie-like texture as well, and the flavor & color can only be described as a SUPER light/mild peanut buttery taste. (Except **THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT CONTAIN PEANUTS**) The saviseeds are maybe the size of a small pine nut, and are crunchy. This is the 4th flavor I've tried of this newer line of Vega bars, and I Love all of them!--especially since they're dairy-free, gluten free, and "crap"-free!

INGREDIENTS:

-Protein Blend (Sprouted Whole Grain Brown Rice Protein, Pea protein)
-Dark Chocolate Coating (Sugar, chocolate liquor, cocoa butter, sunflower lechtin, vanilla.)
-Dates, sorghum syrup, Saviseed(tm) (Sacha Inchi Seeds), Pumpkin seed butter, Sorghum crisps (Sorghum, quinoa, rice, tapioca)
-Energysource** (Grape Juice, Natural Rice Dextrins), natural flavor.

Tiffany Style Calla Lilly Floor Lamp

Price: $119.49

Product Feature

• Beautiful colors of stained glass

Product Description

Handcrafted using the same techniques that were developed by Louis Comfort Tiffany in the early 1900s. The colors on this floor lamp are green and blue hues with white calla lily motifs. The shade has a scalloped blue edge. This shade is thin glass and the pieces are soldered to copper wire and then treated which is the technique formulated by Tiffnay.

Tiffany Style Calla Lilly Floor Lamp Review

As others have said, the lamps from Serena D'italia are sturdy and stable, and beautiful, but (as a reviewer mentioned on another lamp) there is a glare problem that needs to be dealt with. Also, the sockets are kind-of cheap.

When I tried to decide among several of the Tiffany-style lamps from Serena D'italia, not all of my questions were answered, so I'm going to try to answer them here. First of all, even though the official photo does not show pull chain switches on this calla lily lamp, this one does have them. Second, while every other part of the lamp feels like quality, the sockets don't. They twist, the chains don't always pull smoothly, and you have to hold the socket while you screw in the bulb. Unfortunately, it seems like ALL lamps are made with cheap sockets these days.

Third, the bulbs on all Serena D'italia Tiffany-style lamps are mounted parallel to the floor, at right angles to the lamp pole. Because of this, if you're sitting at a certain level below the lamp, the shades are not long enough to shield your eyes from the bottom of the bulbs, as they should. (What is a shade for, anyway?)

I really wanted to keep these lamps so I made a few adjustments to compensate for this. Ikea sells (or used to?) compact fluorescents that are two (medium)-long tubes instead the pigtail/corkscrew type, and that helped a little. You can also turn the lamp so that the bottoms of the bulbs are not quite as noticeable from where you're sitting. Then I took a pair of pliers (and a rag to protect the finish) and bent up the stems that hold the sockets away from the light pole. That helped the most.

I uploaded two more photos to better show the shade detail. This colors of this lovely lamp are perfect for blue, green, and cool gray furnishings.

Moen 14292 Mnque Srvc Kit T/S W/3960

Moen 14292 Part, Chrome Review

Moen's Moenique combination tub water spout / diverter (the diverter is the knob that controls directing water to your showerhead or to your tub spout) was highly popular in its day. But years have passed and replacement may be needed ...

This particular kit appears to be the best, and perhaps only, replacement part. The cover plate is the same size and shape as the old Moenique part with a quite large, rectangular back plate. Accordingly, it will cover any untiled area -- a significant advantage since you are unlikely to find any other large rectangular back plate(round and/or smaller back plates are on the new equipment market).

Installation was a snap. The replacement part looks great and operates perfectly. The price here is terrific.

Shipping was excellent and the item arrived even earlier than projected. A tracking number was provided by the seller.

Highly satisfied!
