we've had these installed for about months and they look great and work great. my only concern was that one of them had trouble with the flow not being very strong. after much correspondence with the manufacturer, the problem was fixed. but at one point i was going to have to detach the unit (after it been installed with adhesive) and return it for a replacement. not an ideal situation. fortunately, their customer service (both schon, now named belle foret, and amazon) was very helpful in a timely manner.
