I installed this for my masterbath and it gives it a wow factor. The spout is well made, out of heavy gauge steel (or whatever metal they use). It is surprisingly heavy, so I knew they didn't try to save money by using plastic. This spout also goes well with other Hansgrohe faucet (I installed it with Metris Tub Controller). No negatives at all.
