When we started shopping around for a fan for our newly built bathroom there were two things we were looking for: A quiet fan, and one that doesn't scream big box store (that is grilles, built-in lights, etc). This one here fit the bill, and it didn't disappoint. It's very quiet, and we already had a few people complement on the looks of it (who would have thought).
The one thing they could have done better is the damper. It's a thin piece of sheet metal that can never create a proper seal preventing backdrafts because of the way it is cut. Since this bathroom is on the third floor and even a better designed damper probably would not prevent heated indoor air from flowing OUT (due to the stack effect), I am about to mount a motorized damper that properly seals in the off-position to solve this problem. Otherwise I would gladly give five stars.

Kohler says this hose is 72-inches long in the product title, the Kohler specs for it say it is 71-inches long. The hose I received is actually only 67-inches long, which is nowhere close to what is advertised by Kohler. A reviewer on another forum mentioned the same issue with length. I bought the hose from a Kohler dealer, not Amazon. I needed the extra length and was willing to pay extra for it, unfortunately didn't get what I paid for. Should have bought two short hoses and a connector to get the longer length. Kohler needs to buy a tape measurer and learn how to use it.

Highly recommend this light, especially for the price.

Note: There is no filter. There is no screen. However, with that said, based on the height of your pole, then bulb is not easily seen unless you angle yourself underneath the light. When the lights are on, it illuminates the entire can giving you the impression that there is a filter/screen.

We installed three of these lights and really like them. Will post some photos.

I bought this pan because it has fiberglass reinforcement on the back. All the others I looked at were filled with stryrofoam which isn't a very good backing for a showerpan. The pan arrived via LTL (truck)and was packaged in a box on a pallet. The thin film of plastic applied to the top to protect it during installation is easily removed by the slightest bump so we removed it and recovered it with a thicker plastic. As the other reviewer said it doesn't come with a drain but you can buy one at the store for $8 to suit your specific connection. The pan is easy to install and I do like the fiberglass reinforcement. My only complaint is that the sidewalls weren't completely square with the wall so I had to shim them. Definitely recommend this pan over those found at the big box stores.
