This product is of the highest quality and was received very quickly, I thank Amazon and the supplier. However after installing it a vey bad leak was found around the neck (the O ring) was missing. I called the manufacturer (American Standard) and was asked who I purchased it from. I was informed that I did not buy it from them and that I should contact the supplier.
Keep in mind that the supplier did not package this product they only supplied it.
I did not expect this from a "top" manufacturer. I went to the local hardware and purchased a .43cent O ring.
