I purchased this item through Amazon.com and paid only $5.00 for shipping and handling. It was installed a year ago and is holding up very well. The washerless valves are far superior to the older valves with washers, lasting for years with soft water without dripping when turned off. The chrome is still flawless and the 4-star rating would be 5 stars except I had to replace the rubber ring at the bottom of the spout due to leaking when the spout is rotated. I suggest you remove the spout occasionally and apply stem grease to the ring. I purchased a new ring at my local hardware outlet.
