I had this installed when I did a bathroom remodel recently. I love the look and I love the face that it's a low flow shower head. The contractor we hired though had a problem with the shower head leaking when he installed it though. He thought there was a washer missing or the valve just let too much water through but it was the matching valve for this model. He ended up wrapping 7 layers of teflon tape around the threads to get it to a very slow minor leak and so far it's holding. I'm not sure why we had this problem but we made it work. The brushed nickel matched all the other brushed nickel fixtures we already had which was quite a nice surprise. We anticipated there might be a bit of a difference since we couldn't view it in store first but it turned out to be okay. The handle and plate look very nice in our tile shower and the shower head (other than the minor leak) works and looks fabulous.
