We really like the way this light looks now that it's in, but it was a major hassle to install (and we have plenty of experience installing a variety of light fixtures), so I'm dropping it by one star. If they had made the screws longer and used simple nuts instead of "decorative" dome cap nuts that are completely hidden, it would have been much easier. Either the designer was a twit, or they were trying to save 25 cents on a product that lists for almost three hundred dollars.
