Unfortunately, I must have read/interpreted the description wrong(?) Although adequate workmanship, easy assembly, and aesthetically pleasing, this item is about as waterproof as a screen door in a submarine! Having bought it to store my outdoor furniture cushions from the rain,sun,and bugs, this box simply wont do the job. It really is a wicker-like construction, open weave...a simple plastic or vinyl liner would have accomplished that. For this price, there is no excuse. Yes, the materials may be weatherproof, but the construction is NOT. If you have a roof above it, I guess it's fine. Too heavy and annoying to return. Well, get out the tarp, scissors, and silicone.......... Considering the price for this Chinese work, I can only give it 2 stars. Guess I'll have to take the hit on this one.
