We needed a new light fixture for a bathroom renovation, but nothing in stock at local lighting stores seemed exactly right. One store gave us the names of several companies, including Kichler, and advised us to shop their websites.

The Kichler website had several fixtures that we liked. This one was my husband's favorite, so I called up the store and asked if they could get it for us.

Problem! It would take 5-6 weeks! Our reno was scheduled to start in 1 week and be finished within 3. And the cost of going through the store was significantly higher than other prices I had seen for this fixture online.

I turned to Amazon, and Amazon delivered. Ordered Sept. 10. Delivered to my home in Canada Sept. 18, at a reasonable cost.

The fixture fits well with the other brushed nickel accessories in our new bathroom. Note that it can be installed with the lamps either "standing up" as shown in the photo, or "hanging down". We chose to have them hanging down. It can take four 100-watt bulbs, which gives plenty of light. You may be fine with 60W or even 40W bulbs.
